If you're trying to link a Contract Request to its Coeus Proposal, and you can't find the proposal in the search results, keep reading.
Most often, the issue is a mis-match of funding direction. For example, Outgoing Subcontracts can only link to Grant Application proposals (where VUMC is prime).
Incoming subcontracts can only be linked to proposals for Subawards, where another institution is prime.
