When attempting to submit a contract for a Center Number, you may see this error message:
Since this feature is only available to certain types of agreements (namely, research agreements that did not start with a Coeus proposal, e.g. Industry research agreements), PEER requires the contract type to be able to enable the feature.
On brand new agreements, the OCM analyst may not have completed the required fields yet in order to allow this feature. Please allow 24 hours for the analyst to complete the necessary data. If more than 24 hours, contact the OCM analyst for the agreement and request they complete the Setup Milestone in PEER so that you can submit for your center number.
If the analyst has already completed the Setup Milestone and you still receive the above message, then your agreement doesn't meet the criteria for submission to Center Management via PEER.
